Topic	Does instant resume result in poor resolution?

I havent experienced this Is it just me then? it happened on mass effect andromeda, jumped back into the game and all the menu text was blurry af. Quit the game, then came back into it normally and the display was fine. could it be to do with previous gen games where instant resume wasnt an inherent feature?
