GeraldDarko 12/30/20 9:27:37 PM #1:	Just dropped 1700 on a system, and can't get video. No one ever answers. They promise to call back in 24 hours. Put in a call no response for 48 hours. Call back, they call another 2 days later, while I'm at work. Only open M-F. I can't even take PTO to talk to them because there's no way of knowing if they will actually call me back.
