I'm approximately 177 lbs. Which is down 5 lbs from when I started about 3 weeks ago, but about the same as last week. I'm at roughly a 750-1000 calorie deficit every day. So I actually should've lost more than that. But I'm also lifting 5 days a week.

But now I feel like its starting to get tougher 3 weeks in. My energy levels are kinda down, I fatigue easier. I also haven't been sleeping great for the last few nights that could be it too. Gonna optimize my sleep for the next week. If that fails I might return to maintanence for a week or 2 just to reset.
