| KogaSteelfang 12/31/20 8:14:05 AM #10: | Aside from regular harmless trips from clumsiness, there were 2 pretty good ones. My parents have a large staircase leading up to the entryway of their place. A few years ago I had to get my cousin on the school bus(he lives here) and the stairs were icy. It was fine going down, but when I went to go back up I slipped on the ice and landed right on my back straight into the step corners. I then slide down hitting a bunch more. I have a back injury, and that really hurt me. My leg was numb and I could barely walk the rest of the day. Second time was a similar situation. Was rainy so the steps were slick. Slipped on the 3rd one from the bottom and dropped everything I was carrying. Which, unfortunately for me, was a tray of drinks from McDonald's. They went flying, I landed in the mud, and drinks spilled all over me. Ended up soaked from the rain, and covered in mud and soda. I wasn't hurt from that one, but it sucked pretty bad. --- Work in progress, please be patient. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
