While that may be true (I don't believe you that there's a "huge amount"), are you saying this particular girl wasn't raped? If not, why bring it up? You come across as very unsympathetic if your first response to a rape victim is bringing up all the "false accusations"... And since you missed/ignored it, B) Are you claiming that EVERY woman should want to report a rape, no matter who the rapist is/their environment/surrounding culture/etc?
