Topic	Normally I think New Year's is a C tier holiday but this year it's S tier

Ehh decades being their own unique microcosm in time didn't really start until at least the 1880's so this is kind of moot point. Besides it usually takes 2 or 3 years for the new decade to have its own flavor. Not to mention people in the west thought the year was switching to 754 when AD 1 started anyway. --- Beware the fanatic!
