Voltch isn't doing it, so I'll give it a shot. Hopefully tallying won't be too much of a pain... Eliminated a couple categories from previous years. Old anime only eligible for new characters they have, or best fight. Movies are eligible for every category other than visuals. Special rule: Attack on Titan Final is not eligible for any category other than best OP/ED.
