Id imagine everyone in California lives on salads and kale and premium health shit so theyre probably just charging a premium for healthy shit cause people will pay it? Thats the sense I get from what I see on tv anyway. I was watching selling sunset and these 3 girls went to lunch, one ordered a leaf salad, one ordered a smoothie, and the other one ordered water lol.
