Its absolutely Bethesdas second strongest game, just a step below Skyrim. I dont even buy Fallout 76 having an impact. It didnt tear Fallout 4 to pieces and that is far closer than 3 is. One could make an argument to throw out the result against ME2 but that leaves a single result against VVVVVV that tells us nothing. So at best, we have no idea where Fallout 4 stands.
