Only thing that finally got it off was thumbing its eyes, it let go and then went right back to trying to kill us. So no, they very much are NOT "like any other dog". I'm suing the trash owners for $250,000 and it's a slam dunk case he has no excuse other than literally "I wasnt home it's not my fault he broke his chain!".
