Topic	What food is your local area best known for, and do you like it?

I live near Pittsburgh and I was going to say the Pierogie but it may not be as local as I thought, since apparently there is a Pierogie festival in Indiana, and of course as we know people like 'em in Philly(yes yes sunny wife restaurant spelled wrong guhh). However at Pittsburgh Pirates home games there is a Pierogie race, which is kinda interesting. I guess a true local delicacy is a Primanti Brothers sandwich, since it was created here. It is a sandwich on thick bread with basically any meat you choose topped with french fries and coleslaw. I like 'em. Where yinz at?
