except the internet really does not facilitate free speech. you really are at the mercy of the companies.

so what we can do?

-you can find some entirely new medium. good luck with that.
-you can try to have your own internet platform. good luck with that.
-you can just go along with this threat of being deleted for no reason hanging over your head everyday. which most people seem to do happily.
or
-what I would prefer, have some sort of paid membership. yeah no one likes paying bills, but like with any club, it comes with exclusivity which by its nature weeds out the people who aren't committed to the mission of the club.

any other suggestions?
