biden's already got mental decline and was pretty minimal on the touring/campaigning to make it easier on him.
trump meanwhile just wants to show off strength but if you take him right now he's already just slightly better mentally, much worse physically, and packs a significantly more difficult campaign schedule. add 4 years, he's not better on any category and physically can't keep up. for him it's honestly easier to find an excuse to not run but act like he would since that's ratings and feeds his ego more.
