Not to mention he was speaking over a 40 minute walk away from the capital. Trump can't be held responsible for incitement for something that was already taking place 40 mins away while he was speaking. He totally can't be held responsible for people taking action on his behalf over a lie he created and repeated. I've already seen the legal eagle video, yea Trump can't get a criminal conviction on incitement, but he can absolutely be impeached for for this.
