yeah it was a b8anime meme way back, me and zea were the ones who popularized it at the time. I can't say for sure 100% but we might actually be the ones who started the meme. I don't remember ever seeing it anywhere else on the internet before this, and now it's like an actual meme that I've seen posted in other places.

that being said if zea told me that he got the meme on some other website I wouldn't be surprised either. my memory of how it started isn't super clear anymore, and we might have just seen the screenshot/meme on some other website while he was doing his zeta gundam watchthrough.

just checked KnowYourMeme and apparently it was posted to 4chan for the first time in november 2010, and then became popular in november 2011. so it really depends on when zea watched zeta gundam. if he watched it before 2010 then I think it's probably likely he's the person who took the original screenshot and then maybe someone from board 8 posted it to 4chan afterward and it became popular. if he watched zeta gundam after 2010 it's probably just a case where the meme already existed and he saw the image and thought it was funny.
