LordoftheMorons posted... The courts almost certainly would have ruled that those actions were unconstitutional as well, but yeah it still would have been extremely bad. The courts have no power to overrule Congress's count of the electoral votes. Or at least, they would have to assert power they've never asserted before, which would be unlikely. As for what would happen if a VP Giuliani had refused to read the Biden votes, I think Congress could and would overrule him on that.
