mm.... based on what you're saying, i guess a similar issue you'd have would be the payment structure. that you might see more noise over - Yang had that as one of his noted issues but it didn't get a lot of fanfare and has some issues. iirc his system was that doctors should be paid more by hour as opposed to by service, though i don't think he was married to the idea since he used a place that had a flat pay as an example too. but any people who want a more M4A system will end up having to tackle the payment system of doctors first so i expect this to be discussed more seriously in the upcoming years.

like your concerns on the medical system may be resolved through a change in how they get paid since that would change everything else. that path would also have a lot more people willing to listen to you over getting rid of general medical licenses, though it is also a lot harder since it's going to require more specific knowledge.
