| Topic | Does anybody else on CE suffer from Raynaud Syndrome? |

Theyre also usually purple, and that is super embarrassing when people notice. Im honestly a little worried that constantly having such poor blood flow will end up causing nerve damage in my hands, leaving me unable to play music. On really bad days it actually does make it considerably harder to do my work and perform tasks requiring any degree of precision. if you suffer from it, how bad is it and how do you personally mitigate it?
