look ya'll, the only reason its even still being discussed is because people for some reason felt the need to argue with me.

all i did was say the law exists. i didnt say i was for it, or against it. its not my place to say. im not a judge or lawyer, im not a parent, im not a child, and i didnt have any of that sort of experience when i was her age. it is not my place to say, so im not going to.

im sure there are good reasons on both sides as to why this law should or should not exist, and im sure most people making the argument either way are doing it because they either want to protect kids or protect their freedoms, and we should at least be able to come together on the fact that we all just want what is best for them.

only reason i even brought it up was because someone mentioned ~3 pages in that the photos came from her daughters phone, so it instantly clicked in my head that "wait, thats illegal".

also if you think kellyanne's soulless legal team isnt going to try to use that as some sort of half assed attempt at a legal defense for her shitty actions, or as another petty attack on her daughter, you are kidding yourself. that woman is above nothing.
