I think it'd be better to put age limits at the start of their terms rather than letting people win reelection just to be forced out. I'd go with younger than 75 for senators and younger than 80 for representatives, though. 65 seems way too low for some reason (though it does about right as an age limit for president)
fun reminder again this is what we have in Canada - 75 for senators & Supreme Court judges (nothing for our House tho I believe)

of course our senate functions much differently in the first place (appointed, largely not affiliated with parties, broader regional division than just x amount per province) but hey
