argonautweakend 02/04/21 11:59:14 AM #16: | Down to 182 right now on the scale after my pee this morning. I started Dec 2019 at 214. I got down to 190-195ish, stopped for the better part of a year(not really by choice), and then in december again I made another push and lost some more, bringing me to low/mid 180s. Every time I get on the scale and I see I haven't ballooned back up is a good feeling, but when I decide to push further I don't make it more than a day or two before I fuck up. Like I said, I am glad to have lost a lot so far, and I feel great. I can actually run or jog and not be tired AF in six seconds, I look much better, I have dropped a few inches in pant size and can now fit comfortable in large rather than XL clothes. But ultimately I want to lose more. Sometimes dieting is easy, sometimes it isn't. But when I go through a rough patch I can still make smart choices even when I've had a bad day and have ate more than my limit. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
