This next spot is quite hard because there's like four characters I want to put here. We are now entering the next tier of characters. I'll call this tier the "Scrappy Doo" Tier A.K.A. the "Characters I Go Out Of My Way To Voice My Hatred Of Every Time They Get Mentioned" Tier. These characters aren't quite as bad as the absolute bottom tier, but only because those characters are so dumb just in concept I think they make the game worse just by existing. This tier of characters are characters that are merely incredibly annoying or off-putting or poorly written. These are the characters who talk to you in the games and you respond with some variation of "of fuck not this guy again" every time they speak. There might be one or two very minor things you like about them or scenes you don't mind, but for the most part this is the irredeemable tier

I'm sure everyone has at least a couple of these. I am also going to guess this tier will not be as controversial as my last tier, but who knows!
