Which takes time, a level head, and patience, especially for automated systems such RH. He didn ,t even really have a loss. How could you be so cold to the human condition. How could this be anything but a tragedy to you.I am sorry for this man but clearly this individual had serious mental issues but we really need to draw the line at where individuals or companys are responsible for such things.
