I was doing more active trading then vs buy and hold, which is primarily what I do now. After a while and you get used to the ups and downs, youll find yourself checking in less and less. Especially if you more to more of a buy-and-hold strategy. I still might check a bunch of times a day, but only because Im always interested in what the market is doing and looking for opportunities.
