Orwellian? Sir, you are at a trial that youre not even paying attention to, where you are saying that what happened didnt really happen, because you dont want to have to deal with the reality.

That's pretty savage. It incorporates both Huxley's and Orwell's dystopic visions (he's too interested in trivial matters to pay attention to real problems, plus he's participating in governmental denial of the truth of the matter), which are usually somewhat mutually exclusive, but the irony is nonetheless delicious.
