Obviously he hasn't been relevant in years, but he was the original mascot of Capcom and was playable in several Marvel vs Capcom games in the 90s and early 00s. He might even get some votes out of his actual beat-em-up game. I would definitely take him over weaker low fodder characters. Agree with LAW Fodder for Blasternaut. I don't think anyone will really care about characters from Math Blaster of all things, and I don't have confidence in its play rate on Gfaqs either. Agree with Mid Fodder for Kabuto.
