You are given the choice to have $2 million but you must have a piece of your brain cut out and then destroyed. You are put under anesthesia and a surgeon carefully exposes your skull cap and then your brain. A tiny 1mm cubic area is randomly selected by a machine and proceeds to make the incision and perfectly remove that chunk of your brain. It then destroys it, while the surgeon proceeds to put your skull back together along with filling the gap.

Rules:

-You always survive the surgery, no matter what state you are in.
-There are no complications from the surgery itself
-You can't pay off the surgeon to not destroy the part of your brain that is removed
