Topic	There needs to be a rule about bosses texting employees on days off.
kirbyakaZ 02/15/21 1:31:14 PM #31:	I believe the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) states that they can text/email you but you aren't required to respond unless it's an emergency or you're considered "on call." If you do get emails and texts and such that you are continuously told you must reply to you can bring it up with HR.
