Steak of course, just salt, pepper, and olive oil I made some quick pickled red onions which i flavored with a whole bunch of stuff. Citrus vinegar, salt, pepper, coriander seed, cumin, cinnamon, garlic powder, onion powder, red chili flake. Then i made a pico de gallo out of heirloom tomatoes, the rest of the red onion, corn, cilantro and a lot of lime zest and juice and while you cant see them on this one (as I forgot about them until i was packing it all up to take to work lol) I also have some fire roasted poblano pepper strips. And its cotija cheese, not feta. Similar texture but tangier. --- I shouldnt be approaching 30 and preparing for life as a climate refugee. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
