Yeah, he treats forming in-groups as bad things in the first paragraph and but then says the little unique cultures formed by communities are good things. He also says the internet shouldn't be an open forum and should be a safe space implying it should be censored... but unique cultures formed by communities and not the government wouldn't exist if that's the case so the entire post is very contradictory.
