Of course when you look at a total library sense things only go up so I'm just referring to new releases for each year. Usually it takes a year or two for a console to gain momentum but Switch had a great first couple of years and things slowed down afterwards. Usually for consoles it's the opposite. Not as bad as the dramatic doomsday people are saying and I still have a ridiculous backlog on the thing to get through but still. 2017 especially was pretty damn special and things have slightly gone downhill each subsequent year.
