Parting Shot is weird in that I'm not entirely sure how it works? My understanding is that it's actually a buff to your Cast all the time, even when not hitting the enemy's back, it's just a buff based off your backstab bonus. Sooo if that's true it's actually pretty good, but I rarely end up with Cast builds, so it's still not my first choice. Heart Rend, Low Tolerance, and Curse of Longing are all fine.
