JBaLLEN66 02/18/21 11:05:29 AM #22: | Cardio-can be walking for a hour a day, jogging, running calories in vs calories out-treat your food intake like you treat your bank account plan your meals quit eating high calorie dense foods/ peanut butter, trail mix, etc I dont eat much dairy in general...If you have to load up your food with cheese and cream then your food is bad Discipline/ I can turn down food, I dont eat til Im super full, if Im hungry its not the end of the world...If you get hangry then you lack discipline.
