Topic	Pyra (yet another anime swordfighter) announced for Smash.

Everyone was mega hyped for Sephiroth and of course he was wanted Sephiroth is big enough in gaming that he fits in the roster ok and there were lots of people hyped for him, but it's just inherently more boring to expand on Final Fantasy when they could have instead spent those dev resources on adding an entirely new franchise. And there were lots of people who were underwhelmed by seeing another FF character especially one from the same FF game as Cloud. When there are so many titan game franchises that still have NO representation at all. Same goes for Pyra and Mythra. --- Talking about video games? it's ok to just disagree with each other on the internet.
