When I was losing weight, I lost a crap ton by sticking to that and cutting dairy/breads/sugars. Went from 270 to 228 in 3 1/2 months. Course I'm back up to 288 now, totally my fault, but I'm slowly going back down. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
