I do agree that working full time for a ridesharing company is probably not a great gig, but at the same time I both dont think theres anything wrong with their business model as it applies to people in the part-time scenario, and mandating employee status at X hours would make the obvious choice for Uber to cap hours below that, which also helps no one. --- Congrats to azuarc, GotD2 Guru champ! ...
