It's just that it's a show supposedly about a zombie outbreak and gritty and dark with people losing their last shreds of humanity to stay alive Yet at the same time it's so toothless and clean and cowardly. Nothing fucked up happens, there's no nudity, there's no rape, everyone is beautiful. It holds the show back You know 100% that Judith is fine because you know the show would never show a baby getting ripped apart. You know 100% that Merle and Guv weren't going to do shit to Maggie because you know the show wouldn't be allowed to air it.
