She produces too little energy and other healers like Diona/Noelle and Bennet offer more utility over just extreme healing. Most scenarios Qiqis healing is overkill. Her CD are also a issue and she applies a very slow amount of cryo so she's not great from a melt combo perspective. Her constellations are also trash so getting dupes feels bad. Overall I still got her to freindship 10 and she is still very much usuable, I just don't consider her the best healer in the game. I prefer Noelle.
