Wait Minnesota has water? :-p

Just kidding, St. Paul is actually a really beautiful area. Particularly for a Metro area!

I can't wait for better weather, and I'm sure you feel the same way!
I took a brief walk with Primo last night, but it was really only to look at a downed tree that happened during our latest wind storm.
The tree was probably 130'ish years old...I'd sat longer, but it seems to be part of the property line.

It looked violent, but it didn't really cause any damage except sniping out a bit of fencing.

((I can't wait to garden again.))
It was gorgeous out yesterday actually; were finally starting to get some decent weather again in little spurts.

Ive only walked a cat a few times in my life, but they rarely seem to like it. Is Primo the exception?

poor TC

Wait Primo doesnt just scuttle and run away?

Lil adventurer those were some awesome pictures from the both of you.. I havent gone out much yet, it was surprisingly warm in the evening today

Maybe cause the wind wasnt absolutely ridiculous.. shame about the tree though

did it have a name?
I finished the story, because I dont think I have the energy to keep it going for another day, but I thought it deserved a proper ending. It was a fun little diversion.

It still gets dark so early here, or Id probably start going out for walks each night after work again. Id still do it if I lived in my old neighborhood, but its too scary to do it around here.

Did I ever post a pic of one of my favorite local trees? I do have one.
Do it! My favorite tree used to be this weeping willow that my grandparents had. When I was still really little, I could swing on the branches without them immediately breaking. It was a nice climbing tree too; I loved it.
