I had Maria Awakening + sync and Emperor Awakening 1 + sync, I used Emperor Awakening and Maria Sync to get through phase 1, then Emperor sync after the 5 second wall and stacked Maria Awaking and used her HA for 29999s during the second phase, it skipped the phase 2 Mega Flare. Emperor sync command 2 and his chase broke the king's rage, and I finished Bahamut off with USBs when the cap breaks wore out.

I use Pecil sync and Rubicante Awakening in phase 1 and have Edge use smoldering fire in phase one to do decent damage, he also uses his weakness glint+ and HC since I save his Sync+Awakening for phase 2. Rubicante uses his USB from here to stack fire imperils so Edge can do more damage. Pecil uses his holy magic USB with chases in phase 2 and his LBO and hopefully I skip the mega flare in phase 2 with some lucky dualcasts from Edge. Edge uses smoldering fire under sync+ Awakening to do 29999 damage to King's rage, he can snap Bahamut out of it in two turns. After that it's a DPS race to kill Bahamut before he auto ejects me, and he's gets really bulky later in the fight so dualcasts are crucial. Also Bahamut is so bulky in phase 3 I stick to smoldering fire under awakening just to keep his rage down since Ninjitsu barely misses cap break at rage level 3 so Pecil can hopefully cap break rage 1/2 levels.
