SPE 02/24/21 11:36:01 PM #34: | pure_temper posted... condos have smaller property tax so you still have the feeling of owning it in the same way you would a house, it's just smaller housing is one of the last nice things we can have, and also one of the last ways people who saved a little money can invest in. the idea of making everyone live in a cramped Sheetrock box where you can hear your neighbors having sex or listening to music, a box that people can break into by literally kicking into your (Sheetrock) walls is depressing AF. if a few greedy Kushner types will be the ones building all these properties because now you got no other option these properties will basically be disposable too. Instead of passing your house to your children the thing will be falling apart in a few decades: look at an apartment building made in the 80s and one made in the 2000s, the 80s one is always in a better state --- Welcome to the Spore Store!
