The real problem in the Bay Area is the housing market, and there needs to be limits and controls placed there. The only places I've ever been able to afford to rent were rent controlled places that others had been in on for years. What's more, a good portion of the real estate in the Bay is bought up by rich Chinese people living overseas who are purposely taking advantage of the broken market. It's a mess.^ yeah the amount of airbnb's is a really big problem, there's so little supply and then a decent portion of it isn't even going to city residents --- aka kriemhilde00 ...
