Then I can look around for it. One thing that does come up over and over again is me trying to figure out how to do something well. For the life of me I can't make a decent curry, and right now I'm trying to find a recipe that I can cook tofu well. Not the western style of smushing the shit out of it, and then frying it, but making it taste good by itself with its own benefits. I feel weird about meal kit services because it feels like someone telling you what to make, and then doing the grocery shopping for you. There's always some weird obscure thing, but you normally can substitute it with something else. There has to be a better solution than that.
