He was attempting to rob a convenience store with another juvenile who is charged with FIRST DEGREE murder as well for the DEATH of his friend causing police to shoot him!! Stavian Rodriguez was shot 13 times when officers were at a convenience store of reports of an armed robbery. Bethany Sears, Jared Barton, Corey Adams, John Skuta and Brad Pemberton were charged If convicted, they face life in prison. A sixth officer, Sarah Carli was the first to fire a less lethal weapon and will not be charged Rodriguez was cooperating as he came out of the store and dropped his gun immediately and was instructed by police to show his hands and "nobody will get hurt" from a speaker. David Prater charged the officers said they used unnecessary fire lethal rounds at him striking him numerous times and inflicting mortal wounds The mother sued the police after footage was released as 17 y/o Wyatt Cheatham was the accomplice who was also charged with Rodriguez's murder after he admitted to being involved inthe robbery but was there when cops killed him. A suspect can be slapped with felony murder charges in Oklahoma if someone dies while certain felonies are being committed.
