A cop orders "get face down on the ground" but suddenly, an officer screams "Oh, don't do that" as then he attempts to remove something else when suddenly shots are fired

So he went for something in his waistband? Kinda seems like they might have grounds, unlike that time that cops shot an unarmed youth in the back who couldn't hear what they were saying (because he had his headphones in) then handcuffed him as he bled out on the sidewalk... and, despite the whole thing being on film, got off because they claimed, "Well, there's some other stuff you can't see in the video!" (Seriously, what's the point of video at all if you're going to accept a narrative that completely contradicts what's in the video?)
