Topic	Can you get along with people who disagree with you?

I see people regularly resort to insults when they disagree with eachother online, but I don't think that is as common in an in-person situation. It still happens though. My grandmother is a devout catholic and my mom's boyfriend is pretty conservative so I tend to disagree with them on touchy subjects. Despite that, I have a great relationship with my grandma and my mom's boyfriend and I get along just fine. I think it's still easy to get along with people that aren't friends or family when you can find some common ground. Do you guys find it difficult to get along with people like this irl?
