For starters, a pet dragon. That'd be sweet.

I like the reincarnation angle because it's a free extra life, but the summon is always more dramatic. I'm not as fond of the stumble (whether it's falling into a well, opening up a wardrobe, etc). I guess unless it's a reincarnation, my major story arc would be trying to get home (and then there would be a subplot where I begin to second-guess that and consider staying, only to finally decide to go back but the method I try doesn't work leaving me stranded there for at least another few seasons until either the show doesn't get renewed or they decide to give it an ending).

In general, some place with magic and monsters where I'd have some ridiculously OP ability and the potential to become that world's greatest powerful-person. You know, most of the standard isekai shit. Clearly I'd need an erstwhile companion who finds me just in the nick of time when her life is endangered who teaches me about the world then becomes a love interest, then the strong ally who I'll adventure with and over the course of our adventures she becomes a love interest, then there'd be an evil villainess who I show the error of her ways who also becomes a love interest, and the grateful princess who will become a love interest because, well, isekai!!! XD

...granted, I guess if was a more historical fantasy setting then I'd miss out on the modern conveniences of life, so... idk. I guess magic would make up for some of it.
