Danvers State Mental Hospital (Session 9) - The best abandoned asylum in film, an erected nightmare of claustrophobic corridors and decrepit rooms reflecting past traumas and the protagonist's innermost demons. It's truly a location that tells a story.
San Diego - The cabin (Resolution) - Love the simple stuff like this. Minimalist decor to say the least, the camping supplies aesthetic, occupied by two people, it's cozy and intimate while still showing off some coldness too that exists between these fallen-out friends.
Sweden commune (Midsommar) - So bright and colorful masking all the horror going on, it's so ingenious and falsely pleasant.
