If you're anything like me TC, sobriety will probably click about 2 months in.

It's a shitty 2 months, but it's a pretty neat feeling when you get over the hurdle. I still crave a drink, and I might still go back to alcohol after a while and see if I can enjoy it in moderation - I still crave a drink every now and again. But I think I could just as easily avoid alcohol indefinitely.

It's like, I used to have to go out of my way to avoid drinking. Now it feels like I would have to go out of my way to have a drink. It took me 2 months to get to that point, but now I'm there. If you can make 2 months, sobriety should hopefully kick in.
I'm actually pretty similar. The first week was rough but I was less focused on it while craving it for a month. After 2 I really havent thought much about it anymore. Now in the 3rd month I'm determined to make a year and then reassess where I stand.

Trying is the first step towards failure, so just dont give it a shot and you cant dissapoint.
