I'd swallow it down as fast as possible with my breath held and then the second I finish force myself to throw up (which shouldn't be at all difficult given the contents). Then get my trillion dollars which would make me the richest person on the planet. And for good measure go to the hospital for a full checkup. You really didn't make this choice hard at all.
